Foreign Purchasing Specialist

  • Follow up foreign purchasing activities accurately on daily basis.
  • Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
  • Follow up the bank procedures such as issuing L/Cs and L/Gs
  • Reach Best Freight rate & amending shipping types in order to reach ideal availability with the lowest cost & minimum delivery time.
  • Maintains updated records of purchase orders, follows up deliveries and processing of all related documents.
  • Follows up with suppliers, brokers and forwarders to finalize purchase and ensure smooth dispatches and deliveries.
  • Makes special analyses of procurement to seek ways for cost reduction.
  • Shipment follow-up in order to reduce lead time & avoid delivery issues.
  • Prepare forecasts and inventories for reports to the company's management team
  • Regular update and aware with materials available in main store after reviewing main store inventory list in coordination main storekeeper
  • Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
  • Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications.

Job Requirements

 

  • Female of Minimum 4- 6 years experience in foreign purchasing, preferably for raw materials and industrial supplies.
  • Strong knowledge in Inco-terms and letters of credit
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong command of English in both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of business
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Computer skills / Proficiency in Windows, Ms. Office and the Internet
  • Able to handle pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Good planning and organizational skills

Administrative Assistant

  • Co-ordination of communications and providing high-level administrative support.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • Overseas travel schedule arrangements, itineraries and appointment scheduling.
  • Preparation for meetings, writing minutes of meetings.
  • Saving and archiving files and documents in the proper places, as well as save and arrange files in an orderly manner for easy reference when requested or needed.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Review operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.

Job Requirements

 

  • Female of Min. 1-3 years in Executive Secretarial Post
  • Excellent bilingual business Arabic / English is a must
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and hard working.
  • Third language is a plus

Cost Accountant

  • Preparing the actual manufacturing cost comparing with budgeted manufacturing cost.
  • Preparing product cost analysis.
  • Performing analysis and create reports concerning inventory costs.
  • Classifying and analyze material costs, overhead and labor cost.
  • Responsible for purchase price variances.
  • Distributing costs according to its nature over related cost centers.
  • Performing Costing / Profitability analysis on existing and new Projects.
  • Preparing Income statement for every product/activity.
  • Preparing cost of sales, operating cost and other cost with timely and accurate completion.
  • Providing management with reports summarizing expenses
  • Preparing cost estimates of new or special products for establishing selling prices and production forecasts.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • 4-6 years experience of which 3 years experience in costs accounting preferably within industrial companies.
  • Strong background in developing and managing Costing and Planning preferably within industrial organizations.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic Language.
  • Strong communication, analytical and accounting skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty.
  • The individual will be expected to work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of his / her work product. The individual will work closely with all major functional leaders of the Company.

Indoor Sales Representative

  • Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
  • Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
  • Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy.
  • Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by customers.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
